*Supportive Parishioner RatesTo receive the Supportive Parishioner Rate, the following criteria must be met:
- At least one parent must be a practicing Catholic and registered with St. Monica Catholic Parish or actively working on completing their Sacraments of Initiation.
- Children who attend St. Monica Catholic School must have received or be actively preparing to receive Catholic sacraments appropriate for their age.
- St. Monica Catholic School is a ministry of St. Monica Catholic Parish and families are expected to attend Mass regularly at St. Monica Catholic Parish.
- Because the parish provides support for the operating budget for the school and campus, families must have an established contribution record with the parish with contributions of $23 a week or $1,196 per calendar year. Contribution requirements are based on calendar year church contributions, and families should use their parishioner envelopes or donate online to ensure that records are correct. Only Sunday church contributions are considered – Annual Fund, Renovation Fund, Special Collections, Dads' Club, PTO, etc. donations are not included.
- Tuition rates are set at the time of enrollment using contributions for the prior calendar year (2024 calendar year donations determine 25/26 school year tuition rates).
- Donation requirements for families that move to St. Monica Catholic Parish during 2025 will be pro-rated based on the date of church registration (for example, families that register with the parish on July 1, 2025, are required to make a $598 church donation during 2024 to fulfill the obligation for the 25/26 and 26/27 school years)

2024-2025 Per Family Fee:
- Security/Safety Fee $100 ($10 per month)
2024-2025 Per Student Fee:
- Application Fee $125 (new applicants only, non-refundable, processed with online application)
- Re-Enrollment Fee $550 until January 31st (non-refundable, processed as online enrollment is submitted)
- Enrollment Fee/New Students $600 (non-refundable, processed as online enrollment is submitted)
- 8th Grade Activity Fee $300 (billed in January 2025)
