November 2023 Teacher of the Month

St. Monica is honored to have a teacher with the qualities of Mr. Davey. Teachers who love teaching, teach children to love learning. In our St. Monica community, our teachers are viewed as truly loving their students, seeking their highest good even when at times the way may be hard.

As one of his nominators wrote: “Mr. Davey constantly challenges children not only in Science but also in critical thinking. Students always know what to expect and feel comfortable asking for help.” Another nominator expressed their appreciation for Mr. Davey saying, “he works hard to keep ALL of his students actively engaged in learning and participation.”

Mr. Davey is the model of exemplary teaching. Let’s congratulate him today for his commitment to excellence and his impact on our students. We are excited to celebrate the wonderful and positive contributions that he is making at our school.
