Payment Plan Through FACTS

St Monica uses FACTS Management for tuition payments. In addition to tuition payments, miscellaneous fees such as athletic registration fees, after-school and study hall fees, etc. will be charged through FACTS. Our families can access their account and perform several functions online:

• Check tuition payment plan balances
• Make an online payment
• Switch payment methods
• Pay from a mobile device

 

Payment Plan Options

St. Monica offers 3 payment plans:

• 11 Monthly payments through FACTS, June - May (skip January when Enrollment Fees are due), payments on the 1st, 5th, 16th, or 20th of the month, $50 FACTS annual enrollment fee
• 2 Semester payments through FACTS, June and December, payments on the 1st, 5th, 16th, or 20th of the month, $20 FACTS annual enrollment fee
• Payment in Full through FACTS, due on June 1st, no FACTS annual enrollment fee

 

Payment Method

Automatic Bank Draft - Please be aware that FACTS transmits payment files 2 business days before the due date and no changes to payment dates or banking information are possible once the payment file has been submitted.
Credit Card - 2.85% convenience fee added to payments.
 

View Account Online/Print Receipts

To view your account online, log into Family Portal, and select "Financial" on the left menu.
To print a payment receipt, select the "Payments Made" tab and "View Printable Payment Summary", enter a date range or year. Receipts include the St Monica Federal Tax ID number.
