The following steps must be met, to complete the admission process. 1. Complete the online application.
2. Required documents to submit:
Family photo - upload into application*
Birth Certificate - upload into application*
Baptismal Certificate, if Catholic - upload into the application*
Immunization Records - upload into the application*
Current Grades - upload into the application*
Official transcript from current school: including grades and standardized test scores – you must sign and send a transcript request form (found in the application) to their current school
Copies of Psychological Evaluations, or Educational Testing, if applicable - upload into the application*
3. Provide name and email addresses for current principal and teacher(s)
(if applicable, will not apply if no prior schooling) – on application.
4. Pay the application fee
*Must be uploaded to submit an application with payment.
