2010 - 2011 Tuition Assistance
Due Date for returning completed applications: APRIL 30, 2010
NOTE: If you are applying for Fr Mills Scholarship, Tuition Assistance Forms must be submitted by MARCH 19th
To apply for Tuition Assistance:
- Fill out the Tuition Assistance Request Form completely (if it is not completely filled out, it will be rejected).
- Please be sure to complete the section on the application that explains special circumstances that might affect the decision making process.
- Attach a copy of your 1040 Form for previous year.
- If you self-prepare your income tax, you MUST also submit a receipt from the IRS after you send in your tax form for the year. This a free service from the IRS, but you do have to request the receipt. Details are on the IRS website.
- Send in the Tuition Assistance Form, a copy of your 1040 Form, and a receipt from the IRS to the Business Manager
The second week of May, the Business Manager, Pastor and Principal sit down to review applications. Families are notified shortly thereafter.
What you should know about Tuition Assistance:
- You must fill out completely and provide the requested forms.
- Tuition assistance is not given to Non-parishioners (you must be Catholic and a registered parishioner at St. Monica)
- No one receives 100% tuition assistance.
